Leeds office building sold for £78 million in city’s largest commercial deal in over five years

A landmark office building in Leeds has been acquired for £78 million, marking the city’s largest office investment transaction in over five years.

The property, Central Square—located at the intersection of Wellington Street and Whitehall Road in Leeds’ financial district—has been purchased by Ashtrom Properties UK. The building offers 217,249 sq ft of Grade A office space across 11 upper floors, complemented by 13,126 sq ft of retail, restaurant, and leisure units at ground level.
