Insurer opens largest European office outside London in Yorkshire

Business insurer QBE has officially opened its new office in Leeds, reinforcing its commitment to a regional broker strategy across the UK.

Located at West Village on Wellington Street, the move represents a £3.6 million investment.

The Leeds site is now QBE’s largest European office outside London, housing over 450 employees—a 40% increase in headcount at the Yorkshire hub since 2022.
