National law firm expands in Leeds

The Leeds office of national law firm Mills & Reeve is set to significantly expand its footprint in the city. Beginning October 2024, the firm will occupy 10,200 sq ft on the second floor of 1 City Square—nearly doubling its current space.

This move follows a period of rapid growth, with the Leeds team increasing its headcount by over 25% in the past year. The relocation from the fourth to the second floor of the same building reflects the firm’s ongoing investment in its regional operations and commitment to supporting its growing team.
